Terms & Conditions

MICE India Trip

Welcome to MICE India Trip. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including luxury transportation, corporate travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), destination wedding logistics, and tour-related services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via phone, email, website, or authorized representatives.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
  • Clients must provide accurate details including travel dates, number of passengers, pickup/drop locations, and service requirements.
  • Any changes in itinerary must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.

2. Payment Policy

  • A minimum advance payment (as communicated) is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of cancellation:
    • 7 days or more before service: Partial refund (after deductions)
    • 3–7 days before service: 50% charge
    • Less than 72 hours: No refund
  • Refund timelines may take 5–10 working days depending on payment method.

4. Usage & Service Conditions

  • Vehicles are provided strictly for the agreed itinerary and duration.
  • Any additional usage (extra hours, extra kilometers, route deviation) will be charged extra.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining discipline and cleanliness inside the vehicle.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

5. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • Drivers will adhere to the planned itinerary and safety guidelines.
  • Driver duty hours are limited; extended hours may incur additional charges.
  • Vehicle type will be provided as per booking; however, in case of unforeseen circumstances, a similar category vehicle may be arranged.
  • Air conditioning may be turned off in hilly areas for safety reasons.

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • MICE India Trip is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the journey.
  • Clients are advised to take care of their valuables at all times.
  • Any damage caused by the client to the vehicle will be chargeable.

7. Travel & Permit Conditions

  • Certain destinations (e.g., Rohtang Pass or restricted areas) require permits, which are subject to government regulations and availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for permits, tolls, parking, and state taxes unless mentioned in the package.
  • Clients must carry valid ID proof during travel.

8. Force Majeure

  • MICE India Trip shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or road closures.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • MICE India Trip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh.
